At the local toy store, Kyle, the newest employee is rude and unhelpful to a pair of children, Amelia and Hazel. The store manager, Mr. B., spots the problem: Kyle's negative attitude, and Mr. B tries to encourage Kyle to have a more positive attitude and smile, but Kyle is having none of it.
