Simon Coleman (2022)

Simon Coleman is a Parisian cop specializing in undercover assignments. Although his life is sometimes decided by the toss of a coin, Simon's ever-present smile belies any pressure he might be under. Which makes him cool to some... and completely reckless to others. To make this clandestine career possible, Simon has opted for a lifestyle of no attachments, with no lasting relationships, and children absolutely out of the question. At least until that particular morning when, after a six-week assignment under an assumed identity, he switches on his mobile phone. Running through his messages, he learns that his sister and her husband have died in an accident, leaving behind them three orphaned children. A letter from the couple gives him custody of the kids. Gone is his convertible, traded in for a humdrum people carrier. No more extraordinary investigations for Simon as he settles into life at a local police station. His carefree bachelor lifestyle quickly evaporates as he takes on the role of parent to his three grieving nephews, even though he can barely operate a washing machine.
