A lot of things go down at the Rose Water Tavern in Philadelphia Clarence - Horn player and pretty boy has been making music up and down the East and West Coast. He can normally seduce anyone in his path. A grifter and musician by trade has a decision to make when he crosses paths with Rose, the beautiful mesmerizing daughter of the tavern owner Braxton.
