Master of the Puppet Children (2013)

A 12 year old is by accidentally murdered by two bullies, and is put back on earth 100 years later, twenty years after the bullies died. The boy, who is named Gunnar, reverses time to five minutes before he died, and kills them before they kill him, turning them into keepsake puppets.
