Billed as first night-time talk show for the MMA audience, the MMAX (MMA-XTRA) covered mixed martial arts sports, entertainment and culture. Hosted by sports veteran, Gary Gelfand. Frequent contributors included: Carmichael Dave (KTHK/CBS radio personality and MMA insider) and Urijah Faber (UFC/WEC champion). The MMAX was created by Gary Gelfand (producer/host) and Will Taylor (producer). The show was produced in association with Maloof Sports & Entertainment and aired Monday nights on Comcast SportsNet California and Comcast SportNet San Francisco. Musical Guests provided by Victory Records.
