Ergo Proxy (2006)

A woman is seen entering her bathroom in a bra and underwear about to take a shower. She begins to remove her bra, but is stopped before completely doing so. This is portrayed in a very nonsexual way (camera angles are modest and don't linger) and doesn't last long either. Nipples are fully covered during this scene, though, we do see some cleavage.

There is occasional violence with blood, mainly one scene where a robotic being kills a few people at a mall.

Several people die in the series.

Infrequent uses of 'shit', 'bitch', 'bastard', 'goddamn', 'damn', and 'hell' in the English dub. Similar amount in the English subtitles, though maybe just one use of 'bitch'.

Some cigarette smoking and alcohol drinking.

Some of the violence might be intense.

A man transforms into some kind of creature, and his appearance might frighten some viewers.

A couple of suspenseful scenes.
