In the beginning, athletes hosted a countdown of their favorite rap and R&B videos on Saturday afternoon BET programmming. Their stories as African-American athletes are portrayed strategies and sacrifices made to to step up thier game are mainly portrayed. Basketball, baseball, boxing, football, track and field, and Olympics are some but not all the sports primarily discussed.
