Todo o Tempo do Mundo (1999)

An old man with few fragments of his memory is on a mental clinic with no visitors in 23 years, with only few allowed trips to the outside one day he buys a winning lottery ticket and becomes rich. Meanwhile he encounters an old love from when he was 20 years old.
