Mor er major (1985)

When Karen is appointed major in the army, the daily life in her family of four is turned upside down. Her school teacher husband Jesper gets teased at work about it, but he later is taught a useful military trick or two. Karen's boss, colonel Løve, doesn't support female staff rising in the ranks.
