Chaos;Child (2017)

The series has a few scenes of female characters shown in states of undress and one scene where a psychic character ponders the thought of using their powers for lewd purposes. Sexual content's mostly mild in this series.

The series depicts the gory aftermath of several murder cases that include one character being cut up into many pieces with their body parts stuffed into various packages and another stabbing themselves through the mouth with a sharp object while severely burnt.

Fights between psychics also break out with some characters suffering stabbing injuries either from being stabbed through swords manifested from their powers or bleeding out from their eyes as a side effect of heavy use of their abilities.

Psychological horror is a frequent occurrence throughout the series as Takeru and his classmates investigate the series of murders within their city, often suffering from scenes of delusion as the fears of the characters make them unable to discern reality from delusion at points in the series.
