Shriyut Gangadhar Tipre (2001)

Shri Gangadhar Tipre is a family based light entertainer. Mr. Gangadhar Tipre (Dilip Prabhavalkar) is the head of the Tipre family. The family consists of three generations Gangadhar being the eldest, followed by his son Shekhar (Rajan Bhise) and daughter in law, Shyamal (Shubhangi Gokhale), and the youngest generation, i.e his grandchildren Shalaka (Resham Naik) and Shreelesh (Vikas Kadam). Gangadhar is a very sweet and loving grandfather who loves his family. Shreelesh is an avid cricket fan and wouldve loved to make a career in cricket if his father had allowed him to. Shalaka wants to try her hand in modeling, although her parents are not aware of this. Shyamal is a very warm hearted housewife who is emotional and caring, while Shekhar is a typical middle class man who works hard to give his family a comfortable life. Synopsis Shekhar is fed up of Shreeleshs craze for cricket. Shekhar believes that cricket is not the ultimate career that Shreelesh should choose. So he sends Shreelesh to a friend of his, in pursuit of a job. Will Shreelesh be able to impress his fathers friend??
