All we see are mostly sad news, the world is depressed, until now, because angel has been sent to earth from heaven, her name is Kurumin Aroma, she is here to give joy to the world and happy smiles, on her way in streets of Tokyo, she meet tourist and local people, and make them happy by shining light at them. During the time of Halloween she accidentally stumble across a foreign actor Johan, he and Kurumin treated each other with gifts, now Kurumins goal has aimed hire. One day, she interview the famous comedian Bunzin, together they make the world happy.
