In this new series, Doctor Michael Mosley devises a lifestyle intervention and diet to help five volunteers get their health back on track, post-lockdown. Michael finds out how lockdown has affected his volunteers' health, and creates their bespoke diet plans. He also tests our misconception of what a healthy BMI looks like. They explore the role that obesity and inflammation are thought to have in almost every major disease and illness. They look at the links between the brain and comfort eating, and snoring and weight. Finally they create a sustainable low-calorie, low-carb, high-protein diet with recipes and tips.
