Join Chef Susy Massetti, award-winning and critically-acclaimed chef. Coming from Italy, Susy was literally born in her grandmother and mother's restaurant kitchen. It must have been fate, for now Chef Susy has accolades of working as a private chef to royalty, and now runs her own award-winning restaurant, Masso in Bahrain. She is a strong believer in obtaining the freshest ingredients, and has even cultivated an organic garden for the restaurant. Her passion is food, and interpreting local ingredients in new ways is her specialty.
