De Nieuwe Rembrandt (2012)

In this Dutch TV series, presented by Marc Marie Huijbrechts, a 100 artist from across the Netherlands compete for the Title of "the New Rembrandt" and the honor of having their artwork shown in the Gemeentemuseum. The 8 part TV series consists of three rounds, after each round a set of artists is eliminated by a jury consisting of a renowned artist, the director of the Gemeentemuseum and the director of an established art foundation.
