Shock Theater (1959)

A hosted horror movie show with Joe Alston as "The Host" presenting movies on KENS-TV, Channel 5 San Antonio, Texas - Friday nights from 1959 until 1960. "The Host" was assisted by Bob Burns and Kathy Burns who appeared in a wide variety of monstrous characterizations, including Bob as Mad Lab Assistants, Mad Doctors, Victims, Village Idiot, Frankenstein Monster, Wolf Man, and The Mad Mummy; with Kathy as The Bride of Frankenstein, The Weird Woman, Hideous Hags, Witches and Miss Shock. The show would transition into "Five Star Shock" and also "Project Terror ".
