Kimi ga Nozomu Eien: Next Season (2007)

After three years in coma, Suzumiya Haruka finally wakes up, finding out that time has deprived her of many important things. But some of them still remain, like her lover, Narumi Takayuki, who devotes himself to her. They visit various places they remember, as if trying to retrieve the three lost years. However, there is a place they keep away from. A phone booth in front of the Hiiragi-Cho station - the scene of Haruka's accident three years ago.
