Kustom Kulture is a documentary series written and produced by independent director Gregory Quarles. In 2018 Gregory Quarles was attending Illinois Media School in Lombard,Illinois when his friends Jeremie Aimone and Benjamin Boyington(The Lost Saints Custom Car Club) invited him on a trip to a car show in Dubuque,Iowa called the Vintage Torque Fest. This was the first time Gregory was exposed to the Rat Rod/Hot Rod culture, Gregory brought a camera and a boom microphone from school and captured some footage that started his journey into find out more about the lifestyle. He met another car club at this fest called The Hooligans Custom Car Club. The series follows Gregory as he hits the road and attends car shows meeting car clubs and filming interviews and getting footage . and gathering stories to prepare a production with narration,re-enactments and sharing the history of the culture. The episodes are planned to share the journey of the families or individuals that the are being benefited from amazing things the clubs do, such as raising money and making stressful,heartbreaking situations a little bit easier for these people going through hard times.
