Smooth Sailing (2022)

Welcome to the video series called "Smooth Sailing", a sequence of videos designed to share skills with students that will be useful throughout their school career. Follow your hosts as they show you how to navigate some of the most challenging obstacles you might face, like dealing with stress, maintaining mindfulness, and even how to feel more comfortable speaking in public. Smooth Sailing also addresses issues like different learning styles, how to manage your time, and how to identify your different learning style. The series also takes you through how to explore your career skills so that you can get a job with an effective resume and an informative interview. Your host will help you sail through the sometimes choppy waters of getting financial aid and how to review and explore your post-secondary education options like college or trade schools.
