Ep1 highlights the sex industry found in Times Square in the 70's. Episode discusses sex workers and contains numerous, exploitative vintage photos and film clips of female breasts and buttocks.

Female victims were beheaded, had their hands cut off, and were set fire to in a hotel room. Victims were sexually assaulted before being brutally tortured and murdered. Another separate particular victim had her breasts sliced off and placed on bed posts. Murderer targeted sex workers. Extreme against women and objectification of women are prevalent in this series.
