For Dr. Sashwat, the day begins just like any other until she meets the first patient of the day. The patient, Parth, seemingly on edge with an air of wildness about him, starts to show signs of being homicidal. Referencing the Mahabharat Parth insists that he is just like Arjun, seeking guidance in order to fulfill his dharma, and Dr. Sashwat is his Krishna, his mentor. And his dharma being that of achieving a perfect murder. Dr. Shashwat manages to stay calm and continue with the session, in efforts to understand the patient and not willing to create unnecessary friction, lest she becomes his target.
