Doubt (2021)

Danny, fresh out of the hospital, following a recovery program has returned home. His mission is to apologize to his mother for all the pain he caused her. Before he can get out of the car, he starts worrying about whether or not she even wants to see him, let alone if she still loves him. When he gets to the doorway, he finds that he can't knock on it until he realizes that it's now or never. When he does knock, he shows his mother that he's been sober for a year, but still fears what may come next.
